Physically present on a site, they play a key role as representatives for the customer with the competent authorities such as customs or the SIVE service.

At ASA, our teams are present in the Port of Calais, Dunkirk and Boulogne, as well as on the site of the Channel Tunnel and the CTS - Calais Truck Stop Truck Parking.

Health and customs experts:

Customs clerks are appointed as representatives by an RDE.

They provide physical representation and assistance with formalities. The clerks take care of customers from the moment they arrive on site until they leave. They check the conformity of the documents, the veracity of the information and check the goods transported.

Our clerks have unrivalled know-how and are used to managing all types of situations related to the crossing of the Franco-British border.
