Our Customs Formalities Assistance office is located in a 450-space parking lot, "Calais Truck Stop," in the Transmarck area (Marck-en-Calaisis). The parking lot is accessible 24/7 all year round! Our office is open 7/7.
This recent truckpark facility has almost direct access to the A16 motorway and offers many advantages such as free and unlimited Wi-Fi access, a catering point, sanitary facilities, and a rest area.
This infrastructure allows you to stay on-site, enjoying the comfort of a secure parking lot, throughout the customs document tracking process. Our customs declaration experts are on-site, enabling direct contact with drivers, customers, and other customs service stakeholders. Moreover, our presence at the CTS site strengthens our proximity to customers as we are able to verify in real-time the presence of drivers and thus ensure optimal tracking of your exchanges.

Our high availability allows us to operate regularly by welcoming and assisting truck drivers in their customs procedures. ASA offers formalities management solutions on behalf of other forwarders from its Approved Location (IST) at the "Calais Truckstop" parking lot. Our service allows forwarders who have no physical presence to be represented by an approved professional. In this parking lot, we welcome drivers from and to England, addressing their customs needs. We guarantee a response to import-export needs by providing customs documents validated and certified by our customs experts.
Our role as a customs representative allows us to establish a direct connection between truck drivers and their Customs Clearance Representatives (RDE). We ensure the closure of transit documents such as T1/T2 transit or transit documents to Calais Principal FR000740, the creation of transit documents, and regular support for our RDEs who transit their goods.

Our new working tools, including our web platform, allow us to be responsive and methodical in response to our clients' requests. The platform provides access to our clients regarding their transits and all their procedures. The documents are accessible through private access and enable everyone to directly track import-export formalities.
The application enables all of us to save time and anticipate the progress of the declaration as well as the status of the goods. Our teams can provide tracking through the provision of media support (e.g., photographs of goods if needed, uploading transport documents, etc.). Digital tools are innovative means that revolutionize our activity. They also allow truck drivers to monitor the progress of customs operations directly from their mobile phones by accessing a page generated by a QR code. This access is provided to them when they present themselves at our premises.
The operations are also visible on a screen present in our office.

Important Information about our Customs Formalities Assistance Service
The Customs Formalities Assistance service provides comprehensive assistance to others regarding customs document requests. This assistance involves knowledge of our order providers' client portfolio as well as all customs documents. To avoid any bypassing of our order providers by these companies, we maintain a relationship of trust and transparency with our partners. We also work with the Customs Service, which performs customs declarations requested by their own clients. The Calais TruckStop site has almost direct access to the A16 motorway but also benefits from a strategic geographical location thanks to its proximity to the Port of Calais and thus the health/veterinary service.
From the Calais Truckstop parking lot, ASA organizes various customs services. We are also the agent of TransitNet (SGS) on the Transmanche coast. This service allows for the establishment and clearance of T1 and T2 documents from all approved locations in the EU as well as from the United Kingdom. Every transport professional with a TSN (TransitNet) account can benefit from this service.
Our teams also work with many other forwarders, including Bolloré, Fracht, to meet a wide range of demands.
This service is particularly suitable for covering Landbridge operations (transit between the Republic of Ireland and the EU). Our teams operate every day and are ideally located in the heart of the PL - entry and exit gates parking area.

The ASA Transit team, consisting of 7 agents, is available from Monday to Saturday from 6 am to 10 pm and on Sundays from 9 am to 5:30 pm. However, we remain reachable at other times through an on-call system.
