We have 4 locations, each with its own specificity. The first one, ASA's historical headquarters, is located at Quai de la Loire near the Port of Calais and is responsible for Maritime Agency. The second one, at the Port of Calais, provides assistance with customs documents and sanitary formalities. The third one is located at the Tunnel and offers the same services as the Port site. Finally, at the Calais Truckstop parking lot outside Calais, we handle transit documents and customs declarations.

Our teams at the Port and Tunnel work around the clock (24/7). The Transit / Customs service is open from 6 am to 10 pm without interruption from Monday to Saturday, and from 8:30 am to 5 pm on Sundays. The Agency service is open from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 2 pm to 5:30 pm from Monday to Friday. All our teams have an on-call system to respond to your needs during our closing hours.
